Bishop and Green discuss emerging trends in philanthropy, especially the fact that practices and theories long associated with the business world are increasingly being used by a new generation of philanthropists. This review is largely positive, and discusses the strengths, uses, and reader appeal of the book, but does address a few points that some readers might find objectionable.
