Constant Content offers both exclusive and non-exclusive licenses for website content with the following three license types offered: Usage, Unique, and Full Rights.
The Usage License allows you to use the website content one time, but you will not own the content. Other buyers may have already purchased the article for usage rights or may buy the article after you. In addition, the article writer retains rights to publish this article elsewhere. You may not change the content in any way: You must keep the article in its original form without adding or deleting words; you must give credit to the writer by including the writer’s byline (if provided). Think of the Usage license as a rent payment for using the article as-is one time.
Buying a Unique License grants you exclusive use of the website content. Articles / content offered with a Unique license have not been published anywhere before, and the author and Constant Content will never sell the content again. However, you are restricted in how you can use the content because the content writer retains certain rights. You must keep the article's content in its original form without adding or deleting words. You must give credit to the writer by including the writer’s byline (if provided). You may use the unique article multiple times on your own websites or publications, but you must not sell or give the content away. You may not post the content to websites you do not own.
The Full Rights License gives you total control and ownership of the content. Website content offered for Full Rights has never been published elsewhere, and the author and Constant Content will never sell it again. You may change, rewrite, and add and delete portions of the content (but you should remove the writer’s byline if you do). You may also resell the content, give it away, post it on websites you do not own, and even name yourself as the author.
*Content pricing is set by the content writers and usually reflects the rights of each licensing level.
Yes, you can by purchasing a Full Rights license. With Full Rights you can do whatever you would like with the article. Full Rights allows you to list your own name as the writer. If you buy a Unique or Usage license, you must list the original content writer’s name if provided.
Full Rights gives you the value of having an article, review or blog post that has never been published anywhere on the Web. This means that you can post the online content as though you wrote it. Not only that, you can rest assured that your original content is valued for its uniqueness by the search engines.
