Are Constant Content articles unique?

Constant Content sets itself apart from other website content providers by evaluating the originality and uniqueness of all content posted for sale on our site.

All articles are automatically submitted to Copyscape, a plagiarism detection service, to give us greater insight into the content’s history. All Full Rights articles sold on Constant Content are unique and unindexed.

If an article has been published elsewhere, then only the Usage Rights will be available for purchase.

For more details, see the License System.

How do I buy content?

There are 3 main ways you can buy content on Constant Content:

1. The Content Catalog

Browse our catalog of unique, pre-written articles for sale. You can use keywords, categories, price and word count to find exactly what you’re looking for.

2. Public Requests

Public Requests send your content project out to all of our writers.

3. Private Requests

Have a favorite writer? Send your writing projects to them directly with a Private Request.

We’ve explained how to buy content in more detail in the Constant Content Quick Start Guide.

What happens when I request content?

After the request is approved, it is posted to our Requested Content page and distributed via email to the appropriate writers.

Interested content writers will then begin submitting unique articles to the request. Once approved by our editorial review team, you will receive an email notifying you. To review the submissions, log into your account.

As the requester, you are granted three days of exclusive access to the content submitted to your request before the articles become visible on Constant Content for anyone (including you) to purchase.

Why is my request “pending approval”?

To prevent spam going out to our thousands of writers, a human pre-screens all requests. The majority of requests are approved within 1 business day.

How long before I start receiving content?

Once your request has been approved and is live on our site, website content writers interested in the request will start writing immediately. However, article writing requires time for research, writing, rewriting, and proofreading.

Once the article writer is satisfied and has uploaded the article to Constant Content, the content must undergo our strict editorial review process.

2 business days is the typical turnaround before unique articles begin appearing for your request.

Can I make myself the author, so it looks like I wrote it?

Yes, you can by purchasing a Full Rights license.

With Full Rights you can do whatever you would like with the article. Full Rights allows you to list your own name as the writer.  If you buy a Unique or Usage license, you must list the original content writer’s name if provided.

What’s the main difference between the license types?

Full Rights gives you exclusive rights over the article. Full Rights articles haven’t been published elsewhere, which means they are completely unique and unindexed. The majority of the content listed in our catalog is Full Rights.

Usage has limited rights and the content may be republished elsewhere. You can read more about our licensing system.

Quality

What quality standards do you have in place?

First, Constant Content accepts just a fraction of the writers that apply.

Moreover, we understand the importance of original content and have a “zero tolerance” policy for plagiarism. All content offered for sale on Constant Content is automatically run through Copyscape, a premier plagiarism detection tool, to verify originality.

From there, unique articles are thoroughly reviewed by our editorial staff for completeness, spelling, grammar, word choice, readability and syntax. If there are any issues, the article is rejected and the writer notified. Only after passing our diligent editorial review will an article be posted to our website content marketplace or submitted to the requester.

Constant Content welcomes new SEO content writers all the time, but we quickly remove those who do not consistently submit high quality work. We require all Constant Content writers to be completely fluent in English. These measures assure the quality of the website articles listed on our site.

Billing and Support

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, when you buy articles from us, you have 5 days to request a refund for your purchased website content. We consider these requests on a case-by-case basis. Please read the article excerpts carefully to make sure the website articles you are considering fit your needs.

Why can’t I see all of the article’s content before I buy?

To help ensure the uniqueness of articles visible on our site. Truncated content is one of our most effective security measures; it protects the integrity of the original content offered on the site – and the integrity of your prospective website content purchases. We also employ other preventative measures to ensure content is protected from would-be thieves.

My shopping cart shows unpaid orders, but I don’t see a way to enter my payment information?

Click the View Order link. This takes you to a page detailing the order. From there, click the Buy Now button.

I have multiple orders saved, do I have to process them one-by-one?

No, you can merge your unpaid orders into one. To do this, go to View My Orders and click the Merge All Unpaid Orders button. This combines all unpaid orders into one. From there, click the View Order link and proceed to checkout.

Why can’t I post contact information such as my phone number or email address?

We discourage our Internet content writers from contacting you directly for a number of reasons:

Most webmasters don’t want to be bombarded with emails from content writers soliciting work.

We’ve invested in attracting high-quality article writers and loyal customers. When our content writers and customers bypass our system, everyone loses.

Remember, it costs you nothing to use our services. There are no membership fees and there’s no obligation to purchase anything. You can even issue requests and set the price you are willing to pay.

Web content that bypasses our rigorous system may not be original and of high quality. By working with us, you are getting our seal of approval.

If Constant Content services are free to buyers, how do you get paid?

Constant Content receives 45% of each article’s sale price; the writer receives 55%.

Can I be alerted when new articles are available in a certain category?

Yes.

We offer three ways to learn about new website content approved in a given category: email notifications, RSS subscriptions, and our “Watch a Category” page.

Email Notifications: To sign up for email notifications, go to Edit My Account and find the Subscription Settings Section. Pick your favorite Internet content categories and click the Save Changes button.

RSS Subscriptions: Click on your desired category and look for the square orange RSS icon. Click the “Subscribe to Category” link and follow your Web browser’s prompts to subscribe to the RSS feed.

Watch a Category: Click on Account Status under My Account and scroll down to the Watch a Category section. Use the drop-down text box to select a category and then click the Show button. You will then see the most current Internet content added to that category.
