Why should I purchase content?
Fresh, unique content is critical to the success of your webpage. You've invested in the design of the webpage and it looks great but without high-quality content, it's just a pretty picture that will be looked at once then clicked away. Use well-written content to keep the interest of your visitors, get them talking to their friends about your website, and have them coming back for more.

In addition, good content will drive traffic to your website. A combination of keywords, useful information, and uniqueness will give you the results you need to set yourself apart from the crowd.

Is the content Unique?
If the writer has listed a "Unique" or "Full Rights" price, Constant Content is the only place the article is published. By listing the article with these licensees the writer is saying the article will not be sold again if purchased. Furthermore each article's long summary is blocked from search engine indexing, so your purchase is sure to be unique.

What is a Usage Purchase?
A Usage Purchase is when you buy the article to use but it continues to be sold on constant-content.com. Others may come along after you and purchase this content as well.

What is a Unique Purchase?
A Unique Purchase is when you buy outright the information desired. Then we will withdraw the option of someone coming down the line and purchasing it as well (it is removed from the Constant Content.

What is a Full Rights Purchase?
A Full Rights Purchase is when you buy outright the information desired. Then we will withdraw the option of someone coming down the line and purchasing it as well (it is removed from the Constant Content). You also own this content and you can change the content, resell the content, take credit for writing, etc. Please see the above chart for what you can and can't do with each licenses.

What are the licenses and what do they mean?
We offer four levels of licensing: Free, Usage, Unique, and Full Rights. Each level is priced according to the rights you desire.

What standards do you have in place?
First, all articles submitted must adhere to our writer's guidelines to ensure both quality writing and consistent formatting. We understand the needs of webmasters and take steps to make sure self-promotion and external links are not included in articles for sale. We know you want to keep the focus on your website.

Each submission is carefully reviewed by our highly-qualified editors. Once an article meets their approval, the article is run through CopyScape to detect plagiarism.

What happens when I request content?
Our request system sets us apart from other web content sites. You can specify your exact needs including word count, desired keywords, topics, and anything else you may need and a call will go out to our stable of writers. The writers will put together articles and post them directly to your request. If you like what you see, you can purchase the article. If you don't, you're under no obligation whatsoever.

You can even post a private request to a specific writer. For example, if you've found a writer here that writes in a style you like, you can specifically ask that writer to work on a project with you.

I've submitted a request. What does "hide from authors" mean? Why would I want to do that?
This is so you have the ability to take the request down temporarily. For example, if you want to keep your messages but stop writers from submitting new entries this is what you would use. Otherwise you would delete the request and lose any messages or article links.

I've submitted a request. Under status it says "Webmaster Approval Waiting". What does that mean?
We approve all requests before they are released to our authors. We do this to preserve the integrity of our request system and to prevent spamming by pranksters and automated programs. We also reserve the right to deny any requests for any reason. Any requests that we deem unreasonable, or in poor taste such as derogatory or hateful material will be denied.

How can I learn more about the authors?
Good question. It is our hope that you will forge relationships with our authors. There are several ways you can learn about the writers here. First, check out our "About the Authors" page. Here you'll see a list of our Most Prolific Authors (authors with the most content available for sale) as well as our Top Ten Selling Authors (authors who have sold the most). Finally, you'll see an entire list of all the authors. You can click on any name and be taken to their listing of available content.

By browsing an author's content available for purchase, you can read their articles and get a sense of their style as well as the subjects they lean towards.

Also, you can perform searches by author to find articles by them. If you have found an author that you enjoy working with, you can send private requests to him or her.

I've sent a request, how long until I can expect to see some articles?
Once we approve your request, we send an email notifying all authors (or the requested author). Interested authors may pose questions to you. Others will begin writing right away. Our editors must approve all submissions and run them through CopyScape.

This process does take time: time for the authors to write it and time for the editors to approve it. While we have a fast approval time it can take up to three days to approve an article.

Once an author receives word that their article is approved, they will then post a link to their article in the Questions section of the request. You will be notified by email when this occurs.

What if none of the articles meets my needs?
No problem. You're under no obligation to purchase any of them.

We do want to meet your needs, so please spell out exactly what you are looking for. And remember, you can always communicate through the Questions section. Our writers have invested in their projects and are usually more than happy to make reasonable adjustments as needed.

Why aren't any authors writing for my request?
This can happen if your request is not attractive. For example, if you're asking for a 3,000 word article but are only willing to pay $20 for it, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone willing to write it.

It can also happen if your request requires specific knowledge or expertise beyond the scope of most professionals. For example, tutorials on creating specific SQL queries may take a little longer to fill than an article about plants that will enhance a garden. We do have writers from all fields and walks of life, so don't be shy about posting your specific request, just understand some requests do take a little longer to fill.

Why can't I post contact information?
We discourage our writers from contacting you directly for a number of reasons:

• Most webmasters don't want to be bombarded with emails from writers soliciting work.
• We've invested in attracting high-quality writers and loyal customers. When our writers and customers bypass our system, everyone loses. Remember, it costs you nothing to use our services. No membership fees and no obligation to purchase anything. You set the price you are willing to pay.
• You may post the website you are working on so that the authors can see what your site is all about.

Why can't I see the entire article before I buy?
We require that at least one third of each article is posted however most authors post about 75% and many post the entire article. The reason some authors don't post the entire article is because of concerns that it could easily be lifted by unscrupulous people. When you post a request, you can specify that you want to see the entire article and you'll find the authors are quite accommodating.

I placed an order but I have not received any download information?
We have in place an anti-fraud checking system that does require a bit of time before validating a purchase. We ask your patience in waiting for the automatic email that will contain downloading instructions. If you believe too much time has elapsed, please contact us here and we will assist you.

What is the difference between usage and unique purchase?
A Usage Purchase means that other buyers may come along behind you and buy the exact same content as you have purchased.

A Unique Purchase is where after you have paid for the content, we will withdraw all options for others to come along and buy this content as well.

The Internet is vast. Thirty websites could carry the same text but with over 1,000,000,000 websites, the possibility of your visitors running into this copy on other websites is very slim.

What will I receive when I order content from constant-content.com?
The content you will receive will be produced in different formats. The formats should be listed in the article summary.

Most content will contain HTML, PDF, and TXT formatted text. You will be notified via email when your order is ready and then be able to download it under "Download Your Content".

I can’t find content that fits my web site.
You can always request new content through your customer account. This will be sent to all our authors and if they have the knowledge they will write an article based on the subject you request.

Can I change the article so it looks like I wrote it?
Only with a Full Rights purchase!! You cannot change any article of text you have purchased from Constant Content with any other license besides the Full Rights license. You are however allowed to add links to the article, this is the only change you can make with Usage and Unique licenses. The writer has worked hard and deserves the recognition for the piece that now lies on your website. (Sites will be monitored closely. Any violation of this rule will result in appropriate action being taken).

Is there any return policy?
Yes, you have 5 days to return your content we will handle each case differently.
