Opening an Account

In order to purchase web site content from Constant-Content.com or request article writing services, you must first create an account. This is a simple process that involves filling out a brief registration form.

Once you set up an account, you can browse thousands of articles on the site, buy articles, or request content writing tailored to your specific project requirements. 

Category Alerts

During sign up, or at any time you like, you can set up email alerts notifying you of new website content added to our system. This notifies you whenever articles from a specific category are added to the site.  Simply select the category you wish to follow from the drop down menu and you will start to receive notifications.

If you prefer, you can use our RSS feeds to monitor a category.  On the top of every category listing for articles you will notice an RSS button.  Clicking this will let you follow the feed for the selected category using your favorite RSS reader.

Favorite Writers and Private Requests

As you browse our online content catalog and buy articles, it's not unusual to find a writerr that consistently delivers well-written website content in your category. When this happens, you may want to work with this article writer exclusively, giving you even more control over the quality and delivery of your Web content.

You can visit each writer's profile page to learn more about them and browse his or her article portfolio on Constant Content.  When you have found the right writer for you, click "Favorite Writer" to add that writer to your Favorite Writers page, where you can keep track of all the writers you would like to work with.

When you are ready to start a project with one particular writer, just click on "Private Request" on his or her profile page.  This will let you complete a quick form to send a Private Request to the writer.

Using Your Account

After signing up and logging in, you'll see an account page detailing the following:

My Account

• Number of requests under review - All requests for content writing are reviewed by our editorial team to make sure customers will receive good submissions. This item displays any article or Web page content requests are currently under review.
• Open requests - This item displays how many requests are currently open and available to writers.
• Sent offers under review - Many content writers allow customers to submit a "best offer" for their website content. This item displays how many of your offers authors are currently considering.
• Content for download - After you buy content, this item displays the number of orders currently available for download. It also features a search function and archives of past website content purchases.
• Inbox - This item contains messages sent to and from Constant Content and its content writers.

Current Purchases

• Items in cart - This item displays the number of items in your cart.
• Saved and unsaved orders - This item displays a dollar value for your saved and unsaved Web content orders.

Watch a Category

The Watch a Category section allows you to quickly select a category or a subcategory and view the most recent unique articles and Web content submitted to that category.

The Left Navigation Bar

Along the left side of the screen, you'll see a navigation list with additional choices as follows:

• Account Status: Brings you back to your account page wherever you are on the site.
• My requests: Displays all of your website content requests. Here you can view, edit, open, and delete requests as well as purchase articles submitted to your request. You can also create a new request for content writing. Click here  to find out more about our article writing request system or click here  to submit an online content request.
• Inbox: Your inbox contains messages sent from writers about requests, notifications regarding articles or payments, and other communications. The inbox serves as a vehicle to communicate with the site's best writers. Note that you can only directly communicate with writers that have sold at least five articles, meaning you will only be contacted by great writers.
• View Cart: View or modify items in your shopping cart.
• View My Orders: Here you can view current and past orders as well as download purchased website content once it has been processed.
• Download My Content: Once a web content order has been processed, you can download it here. You can also archive articles once they have been downloaded.
• Sent Offers: While browsing for unique articles, you will notice some articles with a "best offer" option. You can send offers to authors and see if they accept them. Use this section to monitor acceptances and buy articles once the offers have been accepted. You can sort by: waiting, refused and accepted.
• Edit My Account: Here you can change your password, email address, phone number, and subscription settings.
• Logout: Logs you out of your website content customer account.

* My Wishlist: Allows you to keep a list of articles that you might like to buy in the future.  While browsing articles, just click the "Add to Wishlist" button and it will be saved to your wishlist for future review.

* My Favorite Writers: This page keeps a list of all writers who you have added your favorite list and allows you to message them or request custom projects.

How Constant Content's License System Works

The matrix below explains the rights offered under our usage, unique, and full rights licenses. If you have any questions about our licenses that are not clearly answered, please contact support.

NOTE: Once article content is purchased with a Full Rights or Unique license, it is archived and never sold again. If an article is offered for a Usage license only, that can mean two things:

The article was published elsewhere before being offered for sale at Constant Content

The article has already been purchased at least one time for usage rights
