Opening an Account

Once you set up an account you with Constant-Content you can browse the thousands and thousands of articles that are stored on the site, or blast our author list with public request specifically tailored to meet your project requirements, and once you find an author that you really like, you can send them exclusive projects, giving you even more control over the quality and time frame of the content that you need.

During sign up you also have an opportunity to define your subscription to our notifications. This will keep you posted if articles of particular interest are submitted to the site's archives. You can also use the site's RSS feed, instead of email, which many of our clients prefer.

 

Using your Account

Once you sign up you will presented with your account page. We will describe the Homepage Tools here:

  • General Information: This will let you know what's going on during any particular shopping session.
  • Watch A Category: This allows you to use the drop down to pick a category or a sub category. This will present the most recent articles submitted to your chosen category.

My Account

  • Account Status: Brings you back to your account page wherever you are on the site.
  • My requests: Let's you view all your requests, when they expire or view the articles that have been submitted to the request. You can even purchase the submitted articles. Once you click here you will see New Request, click on it to create your first request... or Click here to find out more about the request system, or click here to submit a request.
  • Inbox: Where authors can ask questions about requests, notifications can come through regarding articles, or payments, and your vehicle to communicate with the site's best writers. (you can only directly communicate with writers that have sold at least five articles.)
  • View Cart: Allows you to leave sessions and view or modify your cart.
  • View My Orders: Will allow you to review past orders. Orders can contain more than a single article, and this is one place that you can download orders once it has been processed.
  • Download My Content: This will show you when an order has been processed and you are able to download individual articles, as well as archive the articles once they have been downloaded.
  • Sent Offers: While browsing for articles you will notice articles that have a 'best offer' option. This means that you can send an offer to the author and see if they accept it. You can monitor whether they accept it or not here, and then purchase the article when they do. You can sort by: waiting, refused and accepted.
  • Edit My Account: This will allow you to change you password, email address, phone number and subscription settings.
  • Logout: Logs you out of your account.

How the License System Works

The grid below explains the matrix of rights that the particular licenses imparts to the your purchase. If you have any questions that are not clearly answered please contact support.

NOTE: Once an article is bought for Fullrights or Unique it is archived and never sold again. If an article isn't available for for Unique or Fullrights purchase that can mean two things. 1) It was published elsewhere before being published at Constant-Content, 2) That it had already been bought once for usage articles.
