My personal style is often direct and witty, though I am capable of conveying whatever voice is necessary for the project. I studied fiction writing at Columbia College Chicago and learned that pursuing a degree in fiction writing is about as useful as majoring in the mating habits of ferrets.

Music: My qualifications include over a decade in the industry in various roles, from performer to artist development to management and everything in between. I have toured nationally in original and tribute acts and have worked behind the scenes for several reputable venues and other music-related businesses across the U.S. I have also worked for a respected entertainment attorney for eight years and often use his expertise as a resource for my written work.

Animals: I have spent my life thus far caring for and handling common pets and exotics. Though I am no longer a professional in the animal care field, I have years of experience working with a veterinary clinic, a traveling exotics zoo, and a grooming salon, as well as owning and operating my own dog walking company for nearly a decade.

Though music related topics and animal care are my specialties, I am an avid and accurate researcher willing to write about almost anything.
