Writer Biography

K.Lee Banks is an experienced educator and lifelong learner – and a strong proponent of online learning. She earned a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from AIU Online in 2008, with a 4.0 GPA, at the age of 50!

She is now on her journey toward earning a Doctor of Education degree, with a dual concentration in Educational Technology and E-Learning, at Northcentral University.

Banks has been a professional freelance writer, editor, instructional designer, course writer, and language arts SME since 2008. She has written over 2,000 articles on a variety of topics, in areas including education, business, health, and travel. She has also contributed toward the creation of about a dozen courses.
