Writer Biography
L. Troxel grew up in a small New Jersey town with a great imagination. She had always loved writing, particularly creative writing, and all things art and Japan. She spent a lot of her childhood writing stories and poems. Upon graduating from college with a degree in Graphic Design from Moravian College, she taught English in Japan for 2.5 years. She can speak and understand some Japanese and learned a lot about Japanese culture. It was also where L. Troxel developed an interest in education. From Japan, she moved to Scotland to obtain a Post-Graduate degree in Education from the University of Glasgow. After graduation, she settled in South Carolina where she taught for two years. L. Troxel has many varied interests and has chased many dreams. The one constant has been her passion for writing.
