Dr. Christine Seifert has a PhD in rhetoric and professional communication. She is a full-time professor of communication and a part-time freelance writer. She's the author of four books, and has written for a number of publications, including The Atavist, Inside Higher Ed, Bitch Magazine, and others. She teaches strategic communication, PR, rhetoric, persuasion, technical communication, creative nonfiction, and history/philosophy of science to grad students and undergrads. She's done corporate training for major companies on collaboration, project management, change management, and persuasion. When she's not teaching or writing, she's a voracious reader.
