New Requests System

Some changes....

We now have a different request system. Authors will be able to ask questions to requesters and even post when they have submitted an article (all authors see all questions and awnsers). The customer will then get an email notifying them they have a new post.

They can then login and check and also reply.

Each customer will also have a rating of the number of articles bought. So you will be able to see if this is a regular customer.

This is new so it may take a couple weeks before I perfect it.
