Well.... not so smooth

I don't know if this has been mentioned before 'cause there are a lot of threads about the glitches (and sorry to add work to your pile, Chris!), but the punctuation in some of my short and long summaries is a bit weird. Most of the apostrophes are missing altogether, and in some cases they've been replaced with quotation marks. I can fix these myself of course, but I thought I'd mention it. It's mostly older articles that are affected.

Also, the author stats are still not right - at least in my case. I think it says that I've contributed 40 articles and had 67 downloaded (which would be nice, but it's not the case).

Is the 'best offer' feature working? I had a customer mention that he hadn't been able to make a counteroffer through the system; instead he left a message in the Q&A section of the Requested Content area.
