How do I change my email?

How do I change the email address on my writers account? I will no longer have access to the one I am using and desperately need to switch it. Yet, when I go in, it doesn't let me change that area.

Wish I knew! I am letting my domain go next month and need to let CC know where to email me. At least I gave them a Paypal email that will continue to function BUT-- I do enjoy receiving articles-wanted notices via email.

you have to email support with the email change to have it done.

I have emailed them three times with the request over the past two weeks. So far, they have not done it.

This is very annoying since I am about to lose access to that email and I can't seem to get them to respond.

Again your change was made WEEKS ago.

Again, it wasn't.

But since the error has now been recognized and corrected....

Perhaps you could email the person confirming the change. That may avoid this error in the future.

I've been unsuccessful getting my email changed as well. Have been trying for approx one month with no response at all. Support has NOT responded to my request on this. Please advise.

I think CC is having tech issues--this seems to only be a problem when that occurs.

Since you can change your paypal email yourself, that should be a problem. However, you won't get emails regarding any article rejections.

Keep emailing them.
