Why aren't the editors who have requested specific articles for content reading the writer's comments and questions about the topics they requested?

These are not editors these are possible customers. We have a small issue with the customers not be able to respond to all posts but we are working on this. In some cases you will not get a response and posting many times will only get you in trouble not your article sold.
