Typos and Misspellings

Post by Ed »

Hi Writers,

Please please please use your spell checks. We've been noticing an increasing number of careless errors that don't require writing skill to fix . . . typos and misspellings are running rampant through bodies of text as well as short summaries.

We go through dozens of articles a day . . . hundreds of articles a week. We prefer to spend our time pointing out fixable errors that only human readers can see, not errors that your word processor can catch. This is a waste of time for editors, for writers, and the customers who are waiting for your work.

Thanks,
Ed
