Just to be sure...

We aren't going to get a tax form from CC, right? They are not based in the US, so I should just put my earnings in the "extra income" category on my taxes, right? I do not make enough to file self employed quarterly taxes, so as of right now I'm thinking this is what I am supposed to do.

CC does not issue a 1099. You are responsible for reporting your income, so the "extra income" or "any income not reported here" spaces are your best bet.
