I know the redesign of the site was supposed to have stopped Google from indexing most articles offered for sale. I was researching "LifeScript" today because I heard they are one of top ten health websites and wanted to see the original source and low and behold, the "private" LifeScript folder was listed:

Lifescript Articles, Tutorials and other Website Content at ...All Content » Private Request » Lifescript. If you can't find what you're looking for, submit a request (2500+ Writers Waiting). ...
www.constant-content.com/Category/712-Lifescript-0.htm - 18k - Cached - Similar pages - Note this

Perhaps this folder didn't get the "no index" treatment? Anyhow, if you can check when you have a chance....

It doesn't index the article, for example search for

"Child safety in the home is important. Unintentional injury is the"

it will index the short summery.
