Customer bought 2 articles...still in review
A customer just bought 2 articles this morning, but they're not showing for him since they are still in review. I didn't think they could buy without them having been reviewed?

Bought, or merely requested? I wasn't aware a customer could buy or view an article still in review. If that's the case, they need to contact support ASAP.
As for customers buying, they'll have to go through a hoop or two the first few times they buy articles. The reason for this is that we've had "customers" in the past who bought articles, downloaded them, and then canceled payment. I've seen it happen one time where a so-called customer "bought" somewhere around eighty articles. I can't remember if the scammer posted them elsewhere or not.
