On the same note, I see two typos in one of my articles. I must delete, fix and resubmit to correct, right? And can submit it with the same title?

Just include a note in the short summary that says you're resubmitting a previously approved article with minor changes.

You can try to submit with the same title, but sometimes the system doesn't like it!
