I'm kind of curious if some kind of judgment is made as to whether it makes the new articles list or not. Knowwhatimean?

I don't think so. What I've noticed is that it seems like the list goes in order based on what time the articles were submitted rather than when they were approved. For example, if I submit two articles right now and two articles tomorrow and Ed approves all four of them at the same time, they won't appear one right after another. Instead, my first two might be together followed by a bunch of articles by other writers who submitted articles in between followed by my second two more current articles. So even though Ed might have approved all of them at the same time, the earlier ones will be buried further down the list.

All I want is to be ON the list. Don't care how far down (within reason).

Heard from David that it is still a legacy coding issue. I'm Kool with that. ;)
