How to specify 'use' vs. 'fullrights' on a piece

Post by Mikalyn »

When I look at content that has sold some specified a 'use' license rather than a 'fullrights' licence? How do I specify which I would like to offer upon submitting an article? The only box for selecting a price is fullrights. What if I would like to sell the usage rights instead? Thanks.

Hi, Mikalyn. We've actually stopped permitting Usage licenses from being uploaded to our catalogue. They do not carry the same value as Full Rights content, so the only Usage licenses for sale are grandfathered pieces

Okay, that makes sense. I have one more question and instead of starting a whole new thread I'll just post it here. So, when I submit an article, why do two versions of the article appear in "my content" list. I have been deleting the repeats, should I do that?
