How does Constant Content decide to kick new authors?

Hi, I've read that Constant Content is fairly strict and will kick a new author if they make too many mistakes early on. My first article was rejected because I used first person in the short description area, and there was also a single comma missing in my article. It was then approved 20 minutes later after the fixes were made. I'm wondering if I miss more single commas in an article, or make other minor errors, is that grounds for termination?
