Can anyone help with this please.
I have edited an article and am trying to re-submit. I keep getting the error message below. Support haven't come back to me with a request for help (over 10 days ago). I've tried starting again and re-submitted - even changing the title - but still the error.

This sounds like a firewall issue. It looks like they use incapsula as a cdn.
Sky broadband looks like a legit ISP for you?
Are you still getting the error?
This can happen for several reasons, but here are some
1) An oopsie on Incapsula's network
2) Someone with that IP was doing naughty things
3) You're sharing a network with someone doing naughty things
4) You have malware doing naughty things
5) CC blocked you for doing naughty things
I'm guessing you don't have the issue anymore. If you're using a proxy, I would stop but it doesn't look like you are.
Could also be your form submission -- special characters, HTML, etc. Try copying your post to Notepad and then copying back to the CC form.

I believe this has been resolved now and the article is approved, but Lysis is correct. Something in the submission and how it interacted with the resubmission form flagged Incapsula to block just this one article. We haven't seen this happen with any others but are keeping an eye on it.

It's flagged as a hack attempt. Put spaces between the gt/lt signs. So, instead of using <html> use < html >
It's a pain if you get a revision from the editor too. You'll have to do it again.
