Changing the price on use only articles

Post by Gail Kavanagh »

Hi, I don't know what's changed, but I cannot edit the usage price on articles that have only sold for one use. How do I lower the price on these articles (which cannot be sold at full rights anymore) so they might sell? I used to be able to do that, but things have changed around here.

Yeah, I used to do the same thing back in the day. I guess they changed it. I have a feeling writers weren't very smart about it and lowered prices 3 seconds after the article was purchased instead of maybe waiting a few days. Customer saw the change and then wanted the discounted rate.

I have searched through the help pages but can find nothing on pricing. I'm guessing we can only use the 'best offer' option now, but it would be nice to not have to guess, but to have some confirmation that changing the price on articles is no longer permitted. Could CC clarify please?
