payment request?

Hi Constant and authors, I submitted a payment request on 11/28. I have not hit the payment minimum, but I'd like to close my account. CC's not working out for me, but I appreciate your hard work and I'm glad to see how the site's grown. It's my understanding that payments are issued at the 1st of the month, correct? I have not received a response regarding my withdrawl request, and was wondering when to expect payment. Thanks!
