Question about CC's affiliate program

For the affiliate program where I can send referred buyers to the site, I don't see a login for this program. I already had an account, but there seems to be nowhere to login since the new site got finished. Does anyone know how or where to login?

Hi! I read that the affiliate program is on hold at the moment and that e-mails will be sent out when it is up and running again.
