Honest opinion needed

I'm new to CC and have already posted a couple of articles to be sold. They are not very mainstream so I understand that they may not sell for some time if ever but I have seen several people who have looked at them. I have a very busy schedule that includes wife, newborn, full load of school, and a full time job and so I have to manage my time appropriately. So to find out how much time I should devote to writing articles for CC I would like an honest opinion about the quality of my writing from those who have read what I have already submitted. You can be brutally honest in your opinions whether you think I have talent or am hopelessly lost.
