My first article was approved. Ask if I'm smiling:):):)
I've noticed some authors do not include photos in their profiles. May I place a thing in mine such as a picture of a flower?
Usually with questions such as these I look at the profiles of several authors, but so far I've seen only photos or nothing.

My profile pic is my logo from my website, so I don't see why not. :D

An image of the author will exude the most professionalism, which should be the goal of setting up the profile.

Ed, I thought that that was the preferred choice. I know that some authors might place some pretty wild images and detract from the professionalism of the site. My intent was to use something that could be on my professional letterhead, something tasteful. But tasteful means different things to different people.
