Rejecting First Person Accounts...

Hi, I got a rejection yesterday for "My Multiple Sclerosis Diagnosis" stating that we don't usually accept first person accounts, which is completely fine, but there is a request now for first person accounts.
So, it's not for a specific request as this person hasn't seen my work yet, but it is for a general request for content. How do I get it approved so that this buyer can see my work?

I made a note in the rejection forum today (a couple posts down) that these would be considered for approval and that it was my mistake.
