Rejection - Identifying Canine Diabetes

I received a rejection notice which does not seem to clearly address what I have done wrong.

"We have reviewed your content, "Identifying Canine Diabetes ." Unfortunately, this article requires revision before we can accept it."

Any suggestions on what type of revision I need to do? It is written in 3rd person, checked grammar, spelling, font and size. I will be happy to revise it, if only I know what type of revision is required.

Any advice, please?

I changed the whole article to present a more fact-based, informative piece. Hopefully this will be accepted.
