Rejected article - Stays in Luxury Villas in Bali

Hi, my article was rejected because it's not original and my account has been suspended. I must have misunderstood the rules. I'm very new at constant content and I thought I must have 5 non-public approved articles before I submit the public ones. So I submitted an article I've written for a client of mine last year. Is it possible to delete the submitted article and post new and original ones?
