Question about 3 rejection rule

Post by jstevewhite »

Quick question - I recieved three article rejections because I didn't choose subcategories - I'm afraid I didn't even notice that the page reloaded with a new category selection drop down until I went back the second time. They were my first submissions to CC.

The question I have is this: Does the "3 rejection rule" apply to purely procedural rejections such as this, or only rejections based on the writing itself? I found the subcategory selection drop-down and re-submitted the articles, and the system accepted them; does that mean they will be considered, or are they sitting in some kind of limbo?

Thanks

Steve

Don't worry about it - we understand it takes time for writers to get used to the submission process. I only reject in these instances so that writers who haven't yet figured out how to use the (admittedly non-intuitive) subcategory system can learn how to do it. Account suspension comes for more serious transgressions.

Thanks,
Ed
