Rejection of "Dealing With The Predatory Lender"

Post by write2earn »

Your comment: We could not accept your content. This article needs to be revised for clarity and phrasing/word choice.
My question: What on earth does THAT mean?

A Predatory Lender Is Looking For You

Con artists, scammers and unscrupulous characters have been around for ages. Now, lenders have been added to this list. If a lender makes a non-conforming loan or guarantees funds to people with poor credit, that lender could be a predatory lender.

Do not copy and paste your full article unless you want to violate your ability to ask various rights for it/encourage non-member lurkers to steal it.

The problem lies in your first paragraph, which contains illogical series and inaccurate descriptions of time. Criminals have not been "around for ages." They have always been members of a certain segment of society as opposed to, say, computer technicians, who have only been plying their trade for a few decades.

"Unscrupulous characters" does not logically follow "con artists and scammers." Con artists and scammers ARE unscrupulous characters. You need to come up with another descriptor for this type of person if you want to use a series of three.

There are other problems with the organization of this paragraph. Please check your article carefully and revise accordingly.

Thanks,
Ed

Ed,

Is it just that one first paragraph? Is the remainder of the article okay? I would like to fix everything so the article won't be rejected again. One of the requesters is waiting for this one! :D
