Hi, I have just received a rejection e-mail from you in regards to a piece I wrote about bipolar disorder and I do not understand what "no document saved with submission" means, would you please explain?

Why was my article rejected?

I have just figured out the reason for my rejection (I hope) I think I may have forgotten to include complete article with submission, is that correct? I have re-submitted everything again and uploaded the articles.
