Question about article rejected for titling problem

Post by Angel S »

I submitted an article called Positive Affirmations Make Positive Results, and received the email tonight saying it was rejected. In the email it said to please following titling guidelines. I looked at the submission guidelines and I just don't understand what I did wrong. I checked my article and I have the title just the way it is in this post. Should Make not be capatilized, is that it?

Sorry I'm being so dense, but I just want to understand for future reference.

Thank you,

Perhaps it's not the format, but that the word "make" is not quite right. IMHO. I'd try "Make for", or if that's too jargony, "Bring" instead.

Thank's for your suggestion. Would that be considered not following titling guidelines though? I would hate to redo it like that and resubmit, and then it still be wrong and get rejected again.

Hopefully I'll hear back from the editor's soon.

Constant, if I chage that and resubmit then it will go through fine? That was what the titling problem was? I just want to be sure. I don't want to waste another of the only 3 rejections I get.

Thank you,
