Re: Gender usage question
I always use the singular they/them/their. The problem with using her is that masculine pronouns have been used as the neutral pronouns for centuries and it often sounds like a feminism protest when a writer uses her when they want a neutral pronoun. They=everyone gets it and maybe the odd English t...

Re: fairly priced spec vs. underpriced team: which is better
Just so we're all on the same page, what specifically are folks referring to when they speak about things going back to the way used to be? Two things: 1. It seems like there is no more marketing of the general catalog. Even with the Google changes, niche articles should still be selling for full r...

Re: Unique Content and My Name
can't make changes or remove your name. How do you make sure that your name is included when a customer buys an article from you? I saw someone say that you need to include your name by the title when you submit it, but I checked the guidelines and it says "Submissions must not include sig lin...

Re: Unique Content and My Name
Unique is a one time only sale. That's why it's unique. The only difference between that and full is they can't make changes or remove your name. I'm not sure if this is something you can DMCA for, but you're definitely within your rights to contact the site owner directly and insist that they compl...

Re: Another suspension
This is just garbage. Maybe you were the worst not suspended writer and your articles were triple wordy. CC should still say something before taking action. It does no good for anyone to people to be kept in the dark. A writer they might really think is the best on the site could be holding back bec...

Re: Another suspension
I finally got a call back this morning. Apparently, without ever saying anything to me, my content was too wordy. So the notes on my account were that my content was too wordy. Which is funny, seeing that article rejections or revisions havnt said a thing about this for at least 6 months. I guess t...

Re: Bulk Offers by Authors.
Lysis is correct. If you have articles that you are willing to include in a bulk order, just check it at the bottom of the submission page. Personally, I never check that button. The problem with that is those are bulk orders across the site and the writer eats the entire discount. Say you have a $...

Is the catalog marketed any more?
Or has CC lost interest and is just content to scrape whatever pennies come in off of 20 sales per day? I know — private requests and all that — but that's not something I'm interested in pursuing.

Has this previously sold for usage rights? If so, you can't.

Re: CC useless for non-SEO/blog placements?
Maybe people aren't just looking for SEO stuff. I logged on to see who bought one of my articles at 12:51 am Saturday morning/Friday night and saw this in recent sales (not mine): How to Pick Up Girls at a Nightclub. Who knows? Maybe they were desperate.

WordPress RSS Issue
I have a sidebar RSS widget with CC stuff. The orange subscribe button properly links to (author number intentionally edited out for this post) https://www.constant-content.com/feeds/author.php?author=##### and my articles show up, but the widget title links to https://www.constant-content.com/feeds...

Re: Having Trouble Getting Accepted Into CC
Start with textbroker. They'll teach you more than you ever wanted to know about English grammar. The requirements here are kind of like level 5 there but with a little more emphasis on quality over commas.

Re: Bulk Offers by Authors.
Many, many times, but it's not wanted for some reason. Would definitely help clear older articles if they could be bundled with a newer one.

Is it kosher to write something like "I can tailor this to your business for $xx" with the new revision system?
