Docx is the default extension of Word 2007, so you have to specifically save it as a doc file to save it in the old format. There is a setting that will force it to default to .doc. If it was doc on your computer, I don't know how the ext would get changed uploading it.

I had an article rejected for no sub-topic. There was no sub-topic that was relevent. A previous article I submitted was accepted without a sub-topic when there was none relevent. Any thoughts?
