Which sounds more correct:
employees affect the brand of your company through daily interactions with customers
or
employees affect the brand of your company through daily interaction with customers
I believe the first, but MS Word says the second.

I submitted yesterday at 2:30. The request is still open. Usually if Ed does not get to it the same day, he gets to it early on the next day.

There was a batch of articles stolen on Saturday referenced somewhere else here. The second one, today, was sold to a customer, but the customer found the article posted on a site (for which the article was stolen and posted about a month ago).

I sent about ten emails to Support a couple weeks back regarding stolen articles and improper use of usage articles (such as the site owner posting his or her name as the author), and I only heard back on one email.

I used idealized and idealistic, we will see if it works. In the process of editing, I also changed the title and added another tip. That is what happens when I look at an article again.

Thanks. I will try to find a new angle to the intro that includes a definition of the word that I want people to think about when they read the tips.
I looked at your MW post. The definition I was going for was idealized, but not in relation to romance. Maybe I need a different word??
