I have been a part of CC for a year now and have sold many articles here. I would appriciate it if my account would be reinstated.

I am trying to log in to CC but am getting login failed. I am entering the correct password.

I am getting the message "Login Failed"
Even a new password allocated by CC is not working. Kindly help!

One of my articles were rejected with the reason
"Your article must have a title included in the Word file"
I really did not understand it.
Up till now I have not been submitting articles with titles in the file itself. Has something changed?

I find this written against two of my articles

"Order being Processed"
One of them is about 10 days old. the purchaser is "Editorial".
What is the meaning of this ?

A requester had replied to my submission in the Requested content section
(Microsoft Office). I did not get any alert on mail.
There was another reply in the Web Development section.No alert again.

No, the alerts are not working. This would be a welcome feature.
