I was wondering if we're supposed to submit articles that have already been written and approved to the standing requests? Or is that sort of redundant since they're already available to the general pool?

I'm still learning how to navigate this place, so please forgive my ignorance.
I was wondering if we're supposed to submit articles that have already been written and approved to the standing requests? Or is that sort of redundant since they're already available to the general pool?
