Re: What is your CC "Eureka" moment?

I have to admit I was giving up on CC. I didn't have trouble getting articles accepted by CC but I couldn't seem to crack a sale. I was about to write a post asking someone to look at my work an tell me what I was doing wrong! I wrote 15 articles, all different topics, over the course of a month or ...

Re: Public request not listed?

Here's more public request confusion: I just received the list of new requests for Thursday in my inbox. One of the titles is "All about puppy vaccinations." But when I look at Requested Content or try to pull down this title in public requests on the submission form, it is not there. What...

Re: Public request confusion. Please help

Thanks--I guess I can try that. I wonder if anyone else can give me a definitive answer about the expiration date of public requests? Do you need to file the article the day BEFORE the expiration date for the article to be considered? I understand filing earlier is probably always preferable but I a...

Public request confusion. Please help

Hi all. I wrote an article for a public request. The expiration date on the request was 10/12 which is today. But when I went to submit the article and pulled down all the public requests, the one I wrote for was no longer listed. I have no idea what that means. Does it mean the client pulled the re...

File corrupted?

So I finally had the guts to submit my first piece and I got a very unexpected response saying that the file was corrupt and I cannot resubmit the article. Can anyone explain what went wrong? Is it true I can't resubmit the article? I don't think it even got read--it was just immediately rejected. I...

Hello all!

Hi everyone! I finally had the nerve to submit my first piece today and splat! Rejected because the file was corrupted. That was something I didn't expect and actually have no idea what that means but I am headed to the rejection forum in the hope that I will find out. Sigh.
