'3 strikes, you're out' forever?
I have a question that i am hoping a more experienced CC author could help me with. I wonder if the '3 strikes, you're out' policy is ever non-applicable. By that i mean i see long time authors with hundreds of articles for sale and i find it hard to believe they have submitted 100+ articles with le...
