Expired Requests

I can still view expired requests in my "projects" area and also in the public requests area. Why are those still displayed? Does this mean that we can still write for those? When I click on details, it does not take me anywhere. Is this normal when an assignment expires?

I agree that people want to read good articles, but people won't even find the article through a search engine if it doesn't rank highly for their search term. Is there a way to tell the search terms that customers are using on Constant Content? That would make it easier to target articles.
