Re: How Can this Happen?
yea, I used to do something like that, but I found that it seemed to work better (at least for me) to post the entire article. It really doesn't make a difference how much is being posted though if the entire article is still somehow being lifted. I still wonder if somehow "customers" are ...

Re: How Can this Happen?
I wondered the same thing when I read those posts. I have also wondered if "customers" can somehow open a file that contains the entire article, or perhaps somehow copy the file, when we submit to a request. I recently had quite a few articles stolen. While I post the entire article, all o...

I see the same thing. I think there is a glitch somewhere.

Re: unsure about rejection
It could also be that the other work you saw posted on here was originally written for a public or private request and was just never purchased. CC makes exceptions to certain rules if the client specifies a certain style. I know there have been a few requests for literary reviews in the past. I als...

Re: Help!
I had that happen before Jaye. I submitted an article to a public request. The guy never bought it, but he sent me a message to my inbox asking me to write another on a similar topic. I wrote him back and told him he needed to submit a private request. I never heard back from him. I have seen him pl...

Re: Bullet formatting in the long summary
I just use regular bullet points from Word. I just right click where I want the bullet and select "bullet" from the list. They show up fine in my long summaries. The indents will show when you copy and paste, but I think they transfer normally once you save. I'm not sure though, that may b...

Re: Introducing Writer Pools
I'm excited about the changes! I think there may still be a few glitches to iron out though! I just searched my name under "find author." I like the new layout. However, it says I have completed 955 articles (I have 192) and that my turnaround time is 24 days (It is set...I thought...at .5...

Re: Introducing Writer Pools
I see a blue area at the top that says "quit pools." I am afraid to click on that. Under the areas I applied, it says"waiting." Is this where yours says "leave" Celeste? It's still all a bit confusing. I was able to change the turnaround time a week or so ago, though th...

Re: Introducing Writer Pools
I applied a couple of weeks ago (or longer...can't remember really) to a few of the writing pools. They all still say waiting. Does anyone know anything about this? Has anyone else completed the process? Also, has anyone noticed all of the spelling mistakes and typos on the page? I would overlook on...

Re: I'm new...how do I get started writing?
Hi Charlie! I would suggest exploring things and getting familiar with Constant Content first. In the column to the left, there should be things like "Requested Content," "Submit an Article," etc. In the requested content, you will see public requests authors can submit to. You a...

Re: STOLEN Content Alert
J Stone, check the other thread about "still more theft." I found a lot of articles there as well. If you have any articles on freelancing, business or marketing, they are probably there. The owner obviously is trying to make it difficult to identify him. If you look on Whois, the site inf...
