I was wondering how long it takes to be approved for a writer pool. I applied to two in August and they still show as waiting. I am just curious.

Definitely contact support. They reset my password and it worked. I tried the forgot password link and it did not work for me either.

Thanks April, I published one or two articles since Christmas. I finally heard back from support and they reset my password and it worked. Not sure what happened, but I am just glad to be back. I have a few articles in the works for the next week!

I have tried everything. I have emailed support twice and not yet gotten a response, I have requested a new password, which was sent but does not work. I guess I am at supports mercy.

I keep trying to log in and get a message that my email address is not registered. Does anyone know why this is happening? I was never banned and had numerous articles approved for sale. I am confused.

I have an article that has been in waiting status for more than a week... should I continue waiting or is it likely it is trapped there and may not be paid for? I do not want to email tech about it since they have answered the question a few times... but it seems it has been stuck there for quite so...

If you post something on CC and it sells for usage and then you post it on Helium, does that mean you cannot thereafter sell it here for unique or full rights, and so have to pull those options from the article? It can also be just, by Karrie Emms. Similar to a newspaper where the column author is noted.

I too have noticed this and have to wonder why.

Some of my articles have over 50 views and no offers. It doesn't mean there is something wrong with the articles. The right buyer just hasn't come along yet. I have had articles sell a year after posting them, and after I have forgotten they are even there. Seriously, don't panic!

For articles offered for usage sale only at CC you can offer them for sale or use them elsewhere. If you are offering Full Rights here you should not offer rights to that article elsewhere for sale at all.
