i have been trying to submit an article for the past few days, but the submission always fails. On submitting, the prompt that comes is ' check the title' even when the title field is not empty and it is fillef properly in accordance to the guidelines. What is the reason? I am very sorry for those errors, they were careless slips. I assure you such slips will be avoided in the future.
