Customer/Author Support

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, but none of the emails I send to customer support here get answered. I sent a request to expand a preview on one of my articles to 100%, and no response. Last week I sent a question about an article I had posted for a public request - it is still locked to that re...

Re: Why is my article status 'waiting'?

Does status waiting prevent other customers from buying the article? I assume yes since I can't see it.

Re: What to do when customer removes byline?

It happened to me and CC Customer Support contacted the buyer and had them add my byline back to the article. It was handled quickly and professionally.

Go to the "your content" section on the menu and click the edit link, scroll to the bottom and you will see the number of "hits received."

Ok, thanks. I didn't really want to sell the photos, I was permitted to use them with the understanding that they were going to be used with the article, which was the original intent of this post from the start. Had I embedded the photos they would have come with the article and that's was I was tr...

Well, the good news is that the article sold in like 30 minutes, even before I could get the photos reviewed and approved. The website used their own photo with the story. As a side note, the photos that the San Antonio Fiesta people gave me were all too small and were rejected by CC. At least the a...

Using Trade Marks in Writing

If I refer to an event that has been trade-marked, say the Mardi Gras Parade (R), is is simply enough to include the (R) in the article once? Does the trade-mark owner have to agree to my using their trade-mark? Must I repeat the trade-mark each time the Mardi Gras Parade term is used? Anyone that c...

Thanks Ed - The article is all about Fiesta and in this case the customer may appreciate them. I agree in most cases it would not matter.

Embedding Photos in My Article

What is the best way to include photographs with my article. Should I simply embed them in my word document in the areas that make sense from an editorial point of view or is there a more preferred method? Just curious, thanks.

Pete Zimmerman

Greetings! I have been logged on to Constant Content for a few weeks now and I thought I would introduce myself. I stopped writing seriously for about 10 years because I owned a part time internet business that consumed all of my time and passion. It was a good experience but it took me away from wh...

Tracking my Article

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but once I sell an article is there any way to track where the article goes? Thanks.
