Writer Biography

C Shepard is a freelance writer from Southern California. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Wife of a U.S. Navy chaplain, and mother to three young children, she understands and appreciates that life can be raw, rough, and challenging, especially for the military family. While she writes on a range of topics, she especially enjoys covering aspects of improving communication and strengthening relationships.
