Writer Biography
Chrissy MacDonald is a Freelance Writer and Registered Yoga Teacher. She is a former fitness trainer and has presented healthy living workshops to many organizations over the years. She blogs about health, fitness, yoga, family and general stuff at http://www.everydaymatters.ca. Chrissy has been a member of the Professional Writers' Association of Canada since 2003. She has been published in several newspapers and magazines including Cottage Magazine, The Chronicle Herald, The Cape Breton Post and The Powell River Peak.
