My name is Wanda Jackson and I am a freelance writer living in San Diego. My poems, essays, and features have been published in print (San Diego Poetry Annual 2010 and 2011), and online (Associated Content, Helium, and Ode). I am currently working on a collection of poetry for publication. I’ve had the opportunity to work for two of the largest hospitals in San Diego where I worked as a copywriter for advertising materials and newsletters. My husband and I love to travel and we have visited some of the most exotic locales on the globe including South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
