Thank you for visiting my Author profile at Constant-Content. I began freelancing in 1985. A passion for in-depth research lead to a love of “getting the details down on paper.”
My “day” job for many years was in the wine industry. I was the Wine Manager of a large retail store, Sales Manager for a Wine Broker and eventually the owner of a Fine Wine and Liquor wholesale operation.
I was a wine and spirits columnist for twelve years and produced and published wine and food related newsletters. I’ve had opinion articles published by major wineries. I’ve prepared brochures for Restaurant Wait Staff and conducted educational seminars, as well as having my work published in the print media and on the Web on varied subjects: investing, health, crime, home décor and improvements, travel and politics.
I’m an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction. I play bridge, work Sudoku when there is time, love cooking and viewing a great movie. Historical politics are a prime interest.
My opportunities for travel have been vast – for both work and play. I checkout good wine shops wherever I go and then seek-out the history behind the place. My husband and I spend time in the "Heartland" and on the West Coast. My laptop goes with me wherever I go.
